Cooking Steps:

Step 1: Rinse the vermicelli in plain water and then steam cook the vermicelli for 6 to 8 mins in a idly pan

Step 2: Optionally, mix a spoon of oil with the cooked vermicelli

Step 3: In a pan, heat the oil and fry mustard, onion, curry leaves, green chilies, carrots, beans and Salt

Step 4: Then add the cooked Vermicelli, mix well and serve it hot.
