How to Use:
  1. Mix 2 tablespoons (25 – 30g roughly) of Sprouted Multigrain Health Mix in 250 ml of water and mix it without any lumps.
  2. Switch on the flame and transfer the contents to a pan and start cooking.
  3. Keep stirring in medium flame, it may take 5 to 10 mins to prepare the porridge.
  4. Add fruit puree or natural sweeteners such as natural cane sugar, palm candy, palm jaggery or salt or dry dates powder to enhance the taste.
  5. Optionally add ghee or milk (for 1+ year) before turning off the flame.
  6. Cool it down before feeding the baby.
  7. You can also prepare other dishes like Laddu, Dosa, Kozhukattai, Puttu, Pancake, Muffins, Cookies and more
