(“Website”). By placing an order through this Website, you agree to the terms below. These
conditions ensure both parties are aware of and mutually agree upon the expectations of our
service.
1. General
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from
time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfil all your items at
time of purchase. In such a case, we will fulfil the available products and contact you to confirm
whether you would like to wait for restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer a
refund. Products will be shipped within 2-5 days and will reach you within 3–10 working days.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination of
the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final
price for shipping.
3. Returns
Our return policy covers quality complaints and product damage only. Customers are
responsible for return shipping costs, which may be refunded by Freshly Ground Foods if the
quality issue or damage is confirmed and a refund is approved.
In cases where the item arrives damaged, we prioritize your satisfaction:
• If packaging is damaged, please do not accept the parcel and return it to the courier.
• We offer replacement or refund if you notify us within 24 hours of receiving your
package with full video of the damaged package and the products.

4. Cancellation Policy
Because some of our products are freshly made to order, cancellations are limited:
• Made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production has begun, as they are
specifically prepared for each order.
• If you need to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it, and only
before we begin processing your product.
• If cancellation is approved, a refund will be issued after deducting a 5% transaction fee.
• Once the product is in production or has been dispatched, cancellation is not permitted,
but replacement may still be offered in the case of verified product defects or quality
issues.
5. Delivery Terms
5.1 Transit Time Domestically
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 7-10 days.
5.2 Change of Delivery Address
Address changes may be made any time before dispatch.
5.3 Items Out of Stock
We will fulfil the available products and contact you regarding backorders or refunds.
5.4 Delivery Time Exceeded
If delivery exceeds expected time, please contact us for investigation.
6. Parcels Damaged in Transit
If possible, please reject any parcel that appears damaged during delivery and notify customer
service. If you were not present during delivery, please contact us immediately for further steps.
